What information we collect

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers that work for us, such as Google Analytics (see below), and only for the purposes on this page.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to understand how people find and use our website. It shows us which pages are helpful, which ones need work, and whether visitors come from Google search, social media or a direct link.

What Google Analytics records:

The pages you visit, how long you stay and how far you scroll
How you reached our website (for example Google search, Instagram or a direct link)
Your approximate location (city and country), device type, browser and language
Words you search for in our website search box
Clicks on our WhatsApp and call buttons, links to other websites and file downloads

What it does not record:

We never send your name, phone number or anything you type into our booking or contact forms to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

How we set it up:

Google Analytics only starts after you interact with the page, for example when you scroll, tap or move the mouse.
We have turned off Google signals and the settings that allow Google to use this data for its own products. We do not use Google Analytics data for advertising.
Detailed visit data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Google may process this data on servers outside Oman.

Google Analytics uses two cookies, _ga and _ga_ followed by a code. They stay in your browser for up to 2 years and only tell Google Analytics that two visits came from the same browser.
